The CDP, Center for Digital Production, will be offering a series of workshops from the comprehensive field of digital transformation from fall 2022. The workshops offer an insight into the following areas and have been selected so that not only employees of manufacturing companies but also retail companies and service providers can learn about the essential benefits of digitalization and get to know them in a practical way.
The offer is aimed at individual employees and entire departments who are tasked with driving forward the digital transformation in the company. The individual topics are presented in theory and then conveyed by means of practical exercises in such a way that a feeling for the entrepreneurial application is developed. Approximately 4 weeks after the workshop, there is the possibility of a feedback meeting with the management to evaluate the digitization potential identified by the participating employee. The workshops are held in small groups of up to 12 people.
